INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups diced watermelon
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- Juice of one lime
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint
PREPARATION
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice and mint.
Pour over watermelon and blueberries and gently toss to coat fruit. Serve
chilled.
